I provide consulting services, web and software development, AI and automation integration, and other miscellaneous services to clients on a project basis. Work scope, pricing, and delivery dates are agreed in writing before work begins.
Clients receive an invoice after services are agreed upon. Typical payment structure is 50% up front, and 50% upon delivery. Other payment arrangements can be agreed upon. Payment may be made securely by credit/debit card or bank transfer through Stripe.

Because services are customized and delivered under an agreed scope of work, payments for completed services are generally non-refundable. If there is a concern about an invoice or delivered work, contact me via email within 14 days and I will work in good faith to resolve it.
Either party may cancel future, unperformed work by written notice. Fees for work already completed, approved expenses, and any agreed non-refundable deposit remain due.
